Return Eligibility

Eligible returns
Unused and unopened products returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Not eligible
Products that are opened, used, or not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Condition requirements
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Missing parts or damage may affect eligibility.
Important: If an item is not eligible for return due to hygiene or it has been opened/used, we cannot accept it back. Please check product details before opening.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email our support team and include the details below.

Order Cancellations

Within 24 hours
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
After 24 hours
Cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the order status and fulfillment stage.
Tip: The fastest way is to email us immediately with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund after verification.

  • 1Send clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue.
  • 2Include the packing label (if available) and your order number.
  • 3We will confirm the issue and advise replacement or refund options.
Time-sensitive: Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement/refund, because carrier claims and verifications become difficult.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost during shipping, contact us and we will investigate the shipment status with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Your order number, tracking number (if available), and delivery address for confirmation.
Good to know: Tracking sometimes shows “Delivered” a little early. If that happens, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/building reception, then email us if it still hasn’t arrived.
